Greenline Industries is proud to be a niche veneer and plywood mill that works closely with customers on small and large projects. We work to your requirements – not just HPVA grades – to get the exact look you are looking for whether that’s for a single room or an entire facility. We have partnered with a finish and edge banding supplier to provide a one stop shop for custom wall panels or other jobs.
Whether you need raw plywood, natural veneered plywood, engineered veneered plywood, HPL panels, cut to size panels, finished panels or 2-ply (wood on wood) or 10mil or 20 mill paperback or even just raw veneer, our production capabilities are aligned to meet your needs. We are FSC® certified and can offer most products in FSC® if needed.
Every piece is hand sorted and inspected
All veneer is hand sorted and inspected against customer specifications. We can sort to your requirements including sequencing, running match, end matching, or even custom patterns – like diamond patterns, chevrons or 45 degree flitches. Our expert veneer team inspects every piece of veneer that leaves our facility.

Particle Board
Thickness: 1/2″ to 1-1/2″
Benefit: No core telegraphing, least expensive

MDF
Thickness: 1/4″ to 2″
Benefit: Most stable. No core telegraphing. Uniform density. superior machinability. Often used for raised panel doors and doors that require machining.

Italian Poplar Combi Core
Thickness: 1/2″ to 1-1/2″
Benefit: Lightweight. Strong. No core telegraphing. Ideal for overlay of veneers, high pressure laminates and miscellaneous glueable papers and foils. Very stable and good screw holding strength.

Engineered Veneer Core
Thickness: 1/2″ to 1″
Benefit: Resembles particle board, but offers 80% the strength of veneer core. Highly stable with moisture-resistant glue. Good screw holding and no telegraphing. Often used in kitchens, labs, and wet areas.

Sheet Goods
Thickness: 1mm
Benefit: Paper-backed sheets stabilize the veneer and prevent cracking and allow the wood to bend around gentle curves and concave or convex surfaces
